Shipping

Yes, we ship in Australia, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, South America and European countries from United States. You can choose the shipping courrier and the costs will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Re-stocking soon orders deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days, but it can be longer depending of the vendor. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes?

The Receiver. Every country has their own import taxes. We ship the product to your address Delivery Duty Unpaid, and the Customer/Receiver must pay customs clearance fees (if applicable) in their own country before the shipping carrier will release their package.

Product

Only Returnable items!. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes. Your order will take longer, approximately 7-21 days to be successfully delivered. Before confirming your order we ask the vendor for the product availability and then we contact the customer to proceed with the payment.

Pre-Order

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not currently in stock.

They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available.

We have to capture the pre-order payment in 5 business days.

The benefit of the pre-order is the current price the customer is paying.

Due to higher market demand the price may increase, without the pre-oder payment the customer pay the new price.

Invoice Payment

We encaurage customers to use "INVOICE PAYMENT" for Pre-Orders and Re-stocking soon items.

We will send an "INVOICE PAYMENT" when the items stock available.

Due to high demand prices my increase but this does not affect the completed Pre-orders and Re-stocking soon orders.
